Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Status of Aliens and the Description of the Procedure for Issuing, Extending and Revoking Documents Granting Aliens the Right to Work in the Republic of Lithuania, approved by the Employment Service under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor ( hereinafter referred to as the Employment Service) in 2019. June 12 by order no. V-298 “On Approval of the Description of the Procedure for Failure to Issue Documents Granting Aliens the Right to Work in the Republic of Lithuania, Requests to Issue Such Documents”, items 4 – 6:
1 . I approve the list of professions whose employees are in short supply in the Republic of Lithuania by type of economic activity in 2020. For the second half of the year (attached).
2 . I instruct the Legal Division of the Finance, Legal and Procurement Department of the Employment Service to organize the publication of this order in the Register of Legal Acts and on the website of the Employment Service.
3 . SETTING u , that this Order shall take effect on 1 point in 2020. July 1
