I worked as a chef de Partie in CLUB MAHINDRA from March 2020 to March 2021. Here I used to manage Bakery & Confectionary operations for Banquets, A’la carte desserts and all-day dining restaurants and coffee shops. It was a Such a great experience working for this hospitality industry.
